All equipment is used at own risk, and is designed for use by dogs. We do not take any responsibility for misuse of our agility products or any loss or damage arising from this. By ordering, you accept all responsibility for correct use of the equipment and supervising your dogs when in use. 

• If you wish to cancel your order you must do so within 15 days of ordering. If you wish to cancel after this time has passed you may incur a £15 administration fee.
• If we have already purchased the materials for your order and you still wish to cancel, 15 days  after the initial order date, we will reimburse you minus the cost of those materials.
• If you wish to return an item due to fault, you must informs us of this within 72 hours of receiving the equipment. Failure to do this may result in us not being able to accept your return.

• For customers in the Republic of Ireland we will have to get quotes for shipping on an individual basis. We will then send you the cost of shipping and if that is not acceptable to you we will refund your purchase in full.
• Shipping costs to countries outside of the UK may vary. If an order is placed outside of the UK and the shipping cost is higher than what is quoted on the order we reserve the right to request the difference in cost before the order is processed.

• Please be aware that the shades/colour of the rubber on contact equipment may vary slightly depending on when the order is placed. We always try to make sure that the colours match however if there is a significant time period between orders there could be colour variations.
